California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document fees will increase effective January 1, 2020, pursuant to Fish and Game Code § 711.4, 711.4(e) and 713, as follows:

Negative Declaration (ND) $2,406.75
Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) $2,406.75
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) $3,343.25
Environmental Documents Pursuant to a Certified Regulatory Program (CRP) $1,136.00
