Change in California Environmental Quality Act Document Fees

Date: Jan 1, 2013

California Environmental Quality Act document fees will increase effective January 1, 2013, pursuant to Fish and Game Code §711.4(b) and 713 as follows:

  • Negative Declaration and Mitigated Negative Declaration - $2,156.25
  • Environmental Impact Report - $2,995.25
  • Environmental Document prepared pursuant to a Certified Regulatory Program - $1,018.50
