California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document fees will increase effective January 1, 2017, pursuant to Fish and Game Code, as follows:
CEQA Document New Fees
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) $3,078.25
Negative Declaration (ND) $2,216.25
Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) $2,216.25
