NOTICE
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document fees will increase effective January 1, 2018, pursuant to Fish and Game Code, as follows:
CEQA Document New Fees
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) $3,168.00 plus the $75 County posting fee for a total of $3,243.00
Negative Declaration (ND) $2,280.75 plus the $75 County posting fee for a total of $2,355.75
Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) $2,280.75 plus the $75 County posting fee for a total of $2,355.75
