An argument/rebuttal is a written statement expressing a person's support either for or against certain ballot measures.

Anyone can submit a rebuttal as long as it meets the format requirements and is filed by the deadline, which can be found in the Candidate Handbook & Resource Guide on the Upcoming Elections page.
