Pursuant to Government Code section 54985, effective September
1, 2010, the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerkâs office
will increase filing fees pursuant to the amendment of Ordinance Section
2.32.330 and 2.32.340, as follows:
- Fictitious Business Name Filing - $26
- Fictitious Business Name Renewal - $26
- Fictitious Business Name Abandonment or Withdrawal - $26
- Each Additional Business Name or Registrant filed on the same
statement and doing business at the same location - $5

to submit the above mentioned fees to avoid any delay in the processing
of your documents.

California Environmental Quality Act document fees will increase
effective January 1, 2012, pursuant to Fish and Game
Code §711.4(b) and 713 as follows:
- Negative Declaration and Mitigated Negative Declaration
- $2,101.50
- Environmental Impact Report - $2,919.00
- Environmental Document prepared pursuant to a Certified
Regulatory Program - $992.50
